Quick Recap of hometown dates!

Sean: His family was amazing… I can see Emily and Ricky fitting right into this picture! And I’m pretty sure Ricky would love the dollhouse at her new grandparents house!

Arie: I think Emily handled them very well, because if people that could be my future in-laws starting speaking another language in front of me I would have been offended! It was purposely excluding her… not a fan.

Jef: Going to his family’s ranch would be amazing on the holidays and they seemed to be so sweet, I just wish his parents could have been there!

Chris: Chris’s family was very sweet but I just didn’t see these two together.

Chris goes home and I’m pretty sure that I was dumped on the same bench in LA… I hated it for him, and you could see he was really hurt but these two were not a match.

From week one, I’ve been waiting for this week I’ve been anxious to see how Emily will handle this week being a mom and how she didn’t take the overnight date with Brad…. HERE WE GO!

Sean: I’m really looking forward to this date, I want to see this go to the next level. So off they go to a deserted island… been there, done that, got dumped! Haha… If Sean is smart he will open up to Emily on this island today, or tonight! I think Sean’s pretty much perfect, but he solidified it when he read the letter he wrote to Ricky! He’s a doll AND he dropped the “L” bomb with the sweetest words! My heart melted… he’s a keeper… hopefully! Then CH invites them to fantasy sweet, and they take it, BUT with the understanding they are just going to “talk” and after a make out session and inner deliberation Emily wants to stay the night, but doesn’t. Sean leaves very confident that this is his future wife. I have a feeling this isn’t going to end well for him.

Jef: Like I’ve said from day one, I think he’s a totally cool dude, but not someone I would date. He’s really impressed me the past few weeks and I can tell Emily is really into him… I already think he’s got her heart and the game is OVER! He seems to do everything right and says the sweetest things- Loving him! BUT his metaphors are cracking me up… I think he speaks in poetry!

Day part- nothing special… I’m ready for the juicy night part! He’s asking the right questions and has the right answers… I’m in love with them! And when he turns down the fantasy suite- OMG… done and done… put a ring on her finger now!

Arie: I’m just not feeling him anymore… He seems to say all of the right things, but there’s just something off about him, oh wait maybe it’s because when they’re not sucking face, he’s saying all the lines he she wants to hear. I just don’t believe what he’s saying for some reason. I don’t know the dude, but I’m not biting what he’s feeding. But Emily sure does like him… not sure which she likes more, him or his lips… but I have a feeling he’s in the clear for another week! KISS KISS RUB RUB… she can’t even offer him the fantasy suite, this girl has got it bad.

After a 20-minute deliberation of tears and “I don’t know what to do,” Emily sends Sean home. I do really respect Emily; if I was in her shoes I don’t know what I would do… I would be a horrible bachelorette because I’d hate to know that I hurt someone and clearly Sean was hurt. But boy did he prove once again how amazing of a guy that he is by handling the break up bench and limo ride so well. I was only 1 for 2 in that department! Lordy Lordy… I hated to see him go!

NEXT WEEK… is my all time favorite week MEN TELL ALL… and boy is this going to be juicy, which means only one week and 6 days until the finale special on July 22! The days can’t fly by fast enough! Everyone have a safe week and LIVE YOUR DASH!

  2. You have got to be kidding me. All the right lines? Jef sounds like he memorized all his lines. And he already has said so many things from e cards and videos. Not genuine at all to me.

    Comment by Becca — July 12, 2012 @ 5:27 pm

  3. Kacie I am not feeling your blog this week at all, you was so biased about Jef, and you just shut your mouth about Arie right now, you are not the sweet person that you were protrayed to be on Ben season-thank God he dumped you!

    Comment by Akesha — July 12, 2012 @ 6:13 pm

  4. The person above me is rude. Well all I have to say is I was so sad Sean left! He looked so cute and hot leaving though for some reason.

    Comment by Paulina — July 12, 2012 @ 6:33 pm

  5. It’s her opinion. You expect biases when you’re reading someones opinion.

    Comment by Danielle — July 12, 2012 @ 7:23 pm

  6. Akesha: sucks when you learn that women are people too, huh? With their own opinions and biases? Grow up.

    Comment by Melange — July 12, 2012 @ 7:25 pm

  7. I agree with your blog! I would have kept Sean and Jef, over Arie!

    Comment by Jessica — July 12, 2012 @ 7:58 pm

  8. Kacie.

1st time I read your blog. Loved you on Bachelor. You were my favorite, but so lucky Ben (yuck) didn’t pick you. You are right on about Sean, Jef & Arie. I just hope that she doesn’t screw it up with Jef by constantly lusting for Arie. Will Emily ever really be happy? Don’t know.

    Comment by RL — July 12, 2012 @ 8:16 pm

  9. There’s nothing wrong with Kacie’s blog! If you read all the others, they’re the exact same way – opinionated, joking around. Stop taking this so seriously, and stop being rude to someone by being rude yourself.
Even if you don’t agree with Kacie, don’t criticize her person for having a different point of view.
Anyway – thanks for keeping up with the blog Kacie! Don’t listen to the rude comments! Keep writing! =)

  10. I agree with Emily. This blog is fine just the way it is.

    Good job Kacey B.!

  11. whoops, meant Kacie B.

  12. I think Emily’s best chance for a long term relationship was with Sean.

    Comment by Anne — July 12, 2012 @ 10:32 pm

  13. Kacie B-You were the best choice ever. You would be perfect for Sean. Wish my son could meet you or someone
just like you! Emily is very foolish to have let Sean
go. Her loss but possibly your gain! Go for it.
He is a terrific guy and you are a terrific girl so go for it.

    Comment by kris — July 13, 2012 @ 12:24 am

  14. This was a fun, quick recap! Maybe we could get pictures that matched the paragraphs above or below them? I agree with you opinion of each guy, down to loving Jef, wouldn’t date him myself, but love watching Emily fall in love with him. I think he and Arie are just alike–same type of guys, the difference is that while Arie is a Cassanova with his kisses, Jef is a Cassanova with his words (a poet!). I think Jef walks a bit higher of a moral ground too, which in the end will win Emily for the long-haul commitment she is looking for. Arie is great…but I see what you are saying that he seems to say what she wants to hear. And when he doesn’t know what to say? He just darts forward to kiss her. Things seem more natural between her and Jef, IMO :)

Thanks for blogging! You’ve got some southern sass to ya. Hope you can meet Sean, he’s a catch!

    Comment by @bachfan — July 13, 2012 @ 12:49 am

  15. Loved your blog but have always enjoy reading your take on the guys and dates. I have loved Jef and Arie from the get-go and am torn as to what Emily is going to do. I have never been this into the show, can’t wait to see how it winds up. Remember in Trista’s season how they pushed Charlie front and center and then she picked Ryan? I think they might be editing it to appear as if it is all Arie but I do think Jef will be the one who wins her heart. It is fun and like you I can not wait for the Men Tell All!

    Comment by Claudia — July 13, 2012 @ 1:51 am

  16. Really liked Claudia’s comment–I think they are pushing Arie thinking he could be the next Bachelor because people woudl fall in love with how sweet he was, and maybe he gets dumped pretty hard and it’s heart-breaking. I think she has the most going with Jef though, she’s the most like herself. Did you see on this episode when her and Jef jumped into the water, she threw her arms in the air and exclaimed, “I did it!!!” in this little girl manner? THat’s a side of her we rarely see as she is always poised and mannered. Really cute to see little things like that come out in her when she’s around Jef (skipping down the dirt road in his hometown too, another cute girly moment :)

    Comment by Beth — July 13, 2012 @ 3:22 am

  17. On the videos the guys made for Emily, only Arie neglected to mention Ricky. It will be a mistake if she picks him. He won’t be around much, and he doesn’t seem trustworthy.

Sean was a prince. Too bad.

    Comment by Maxine — July 13, 2012 @ 4:31 am

  18. Akesha….Kacie dodged the bullet, not Ben. A lively, intelligent, fiesty young lady deserves someone better than dirty, cold boring Ben. Don’t settle, Kacie! You can do so much better!

    Comment by jessie — July 13, 2012 @ 7:26 am

  19. Welp..I’ve got to start reading Kacie’s blog post before Ashley, because man Ashley’s was way longer, much more funnier and she put so much more time, creativity in it. Kacie writing is not your forte’ I def would not go into a business job that has any clerical work, because you would get fired for sure. Did you seriously start a sentence with .BUT? Oh geez..you must of had an easy degree in college.

For those of you who are attacking that Akesha girl for saying Kacie, is not as sweet as she portrayed herself to be. Get over it, Akesha is speaking the truth. Kacie is a fake and she was fake on the show. Example, if she was such a sweet innocent girl who didn’t want to be in the limelight, then we would she have a deal with wetpaint and other pathetic sites to constantly write dumb stories about her, like how she painted her ring finger with glitter? Seriously, KACIE nobody cares about some washed up girl who was on a show as desperate as the bachelor…Get over that your 10 mins of fame is up and you have to get a REAL job now…Your such a little girl still it’s sad.

    Comment by Stephaine — July 13, 2012 @ 8:36 am

  20. Gosh…people can be such b***ches!!
If you don’t like the blog…DO NOT READ IT! Is it really that hard to comprehend?!

Loved your blog Kacie! I read it for enjoyment not to check your spelling and grammer. Keep up the great work!

    TEAM JEF ALLLLLL the way!!

  21. “Stephaine” (can’t spell your own name),

You are obviously jealous. Ashley S. is the one who is not a nice person, actually. But, that would explain why someone like you would like her.

Keep your nasty hate off this blog. Kacie doesn’t deserve your crazy hate.

    Comment by High Road — July 13, 2012 @ 8:55 am

  22. Stephaine, maybe don’t insult someone else’s writing until you understand the difference between Your and You’re

    Comment by A TIp — July 13, 2012 @ 12:26 pm

  23. Agree that STEPHANIE definitely needs to go back to grammar school. Those who live in glass houses should not throw stones.

Other than misusing “your and you’re” -check these bloopers out…

    “much more funnier” – really?

“must of had” – HUH? (how about must have had…)

Just sayin’ girl you need to stop criticizing others when YOU are lacking in basic language skills!

  24. i don’t get all this bullying. pretty sure all those girls writing those mean things about you aren’t happy with something in their lives because why then would they bother to be so cruel? there is such a thing as sharing opinons but when you’re tearing down someone to express your opinion you’re basically a bully.
don’t listen to them! you’re a sweet girl and love your blog :)

    Comment by Maxine — July 13, 2012 @ 7:56 pm

  28. Akesha and Stephanie.. You must have sad lives if all you do is read a nice girl’s blog just to put her down. And Stephanie, the people above me took the words right out of my mouth, your spelling and grammar sucks, and no one would have pointed it out if you didn’t feel the need to point out Kacie’s. This is a BACH BLOG NOT GRAMMAR SCHOOL. And guess what!? It’s KACIE’S Bach blog, NOT YOURS. Don’t like it? Don’t read it. Simple.
Keep writing Kacie, you’re a sweetheart. These people have nothing better to do than tear down people who are better than they are, such as yourself :)

  29. Great Blog! Team Jef! :)

    Comment by Monica — July 14, 2012 @ 5:22 am

  30. Interesting views Kacie. Why is perfect always attached to Sean’s name? its clear to me that he was more focused on maintaining a particular image for the cameras. I could barely watch his scenes..snoozefest.

Jef is sweet, jef communicates through puppets, paper and paintings and those questions were coming straight from his parents! Their date was cute, but zero romantic and very clinical. He asked she answered she then asked him back and for a minute I thought it was either a deposition or a board game. His response to the fantasy suite was so rehearsed, plzzz the only difference is that he never read it.

Arie, Arie Arie the resident kissing bandit knows that with every gift there comes a price. With his skillset he must therefore prove that what he has with Emily is different. Awkward interaction on the date but even that seemed more realistic to me,and he gave her honest answers which seemed to be digging his grave until we heard his approach to Ricki.

My take is she may “settle” for Jef,but she certainly kept Arie around for the ride :) So glad she did though because without him we would have had the most vanilla season to date! There is a reason why 50 shades of grey is a huge seller in the States, and I’m glad she embraced it and shared it with us. I’ll always remember how she said she enjoyed kissing him so much because “its that good” and there is nothing wrong with that! Get it girl.

What Arie said was so profound. ” You trust people until they give you a reason not to trust them” and I think his edit paints him a certain way where we judge his intentions, yet its clear that he got along well with most of the guys, he’s funny and goofy and he’s got it bad for Emily too :)
That said if she does pick him (and I secretly think she does) and he screws it up, I would personally kick his butt LOL

    Comment by Dee — July 15, 2012 @ 4:30 am

  31. @ Dee, I agree that Jef’s questions were directly from his parents. His tone changed from the hometown to the overnight date. His questions seemed to have a bit of a skepticle tone to it.

I also read she picks Arie and Arie turns her down, so she then picks Jef, but reality Steve says there are 2 proposals. WTF, like we’re not gonna watch it anyway.

    Comment by Maxi — July 16, 2012 @ 9:22 am

  32. Hi,

Did Ben ever give you an explanation of what happened between you two? You were hitting things off so well and I think you were his favorite at one time. I think that your parents introduced him to religous philosophies he was not exposed to. Non believers have a hard time adjusting to the the religous principles. I know I did and other people look at me like I am radioactive when I share my religous teachings.

    All the best,

    Your fan,

  33. YOU should be with Sean!!! That would be awesome.

    Comment by anon — July 17, 2012 @ 2:22 pm

  34. PS Kacie B YOU’VE GOT TO MEET SEAN—seriously!!!

PSS Arie and Emily would be great together. It seems like she is afraid of him being so good looking (like Brad). She shouldn’t be. ‘Like having your best friend next to you?’ Awesome. He is head over heels for her. Also, chemistry is *very important* in a relationship. Even Ashley said there was something about JP’s kisses!

    Comment by anon — July 17, 2012 @ 2:28 pm

  35. OMG I totally think Kacie B and Sean should be together!!! I saw it from the begining of this show and now I have read these blogs and really think they would be perfect together!! I just can’t say it enough I think they would be PERFECT for each other, they are both sweet and both ready for all the same things (I think) and they would make the most ADORABLE kids!!!

    Comment by Johanna — July 17, 2012 @ 2:37 pm

  36. Do you want to date Sean? I am not sure if Ryan is going to get his own Bachelor. That would be good except for the whole trophy wife thing. But in his defence, he has a different definition of trophy wife. Otherwise it is rude.

    Comment by Dave Bendl — July 17, 2012 @ 7:43 pm

  37. Your analysis of Arie and Jef is all wrong. Its Jef who sounds fake with all his poetic words like he took it out of romance novel, and tells Emily what she wants to hear. Those of you who are buying what Jef is spewing are not very realistic about love and romance. Arie is more genuine and not trying to say things like some fantasy movie. Arie’s feelings for her has being growing in a realistic way, and she’s giving him more than enough proof she’s into him more than others. How Emily can convince herself or the viewers that Jef is the one for her and not Arie is beyond me. But a lot of you watches this show like its some game, so maybe you’ll buy it if she chooses Jef. How will Jef be able to deal with watching how much she prefered Arie over all of them and so smitten with him. It will only proof this show is fake if she doesn’t pick Arie. And if she picks Jef it wont last a year. I think she’s gonna pick Arie, and they fit better.

    Comment by Tara2 — July 17, 2012 @ 9:10 pm

  38. Stephanie:

There’s nothing wrong with starting a sentence with “but” or “and.” Look it up. However, using “more funnier” isn’t correct in any sense. So, maybe you should be paying more attention to your own lagging writing skills before attacking someone else’s.

    Comment by V. — July 18, 2012 @ 10:02 am

  39. Tara, your presumptions about Jef are going to be dismissed by time.
I think you like Ryan more than you used to Ashley, and I am excited that you are reconsidering your emotions towards him because if he is not attacking, then why should you (at the minimum).
I hope Ashley can see beyond Kalon’s initial mistakes with Emily (I’m willing to say they were mistakes in winning points anyway), and find the potential good qualities in him too). I realize this may make me crazy in your eyes.
I would say, in the future, if you have to censor people by deleting comments entirely, that it may weaken what your viewership thinks of you, but ultimately the ball is in your court because you have some power with Abc now, right?

    Comment by Lola — July 18, 2012 @ 12:27 pm

  40. Kacie B do you ever post on this site?

    Just wondering,

Are they going to do a show about you coming up? I think you can pull it off.

    Comment by Dave Bendl — July 18, 2012 @ 5:37 pm

  41. Why DID she send Sean home? What could she possibly have been thinking? Let’s see-he’s a freaking hot model-but completely manly and humble, strong values, I know he would be a great and faithful husband and father…great in-laws…what am I missing here?! And Akesha-check your grammar. Your ignorance is showing as well as your immaturity.
