I have read all the comments about having something different on your show. I suggested this concept several years ago and I guess no one was interested. There seems however to be a great interest. Seeing Ken and Barbie on all the shows is getting boring. What not do a reality show with real people. I am 55 and have been alone for the last 20 years. The dating scene for this age is very hard. I feel like your ratings would have a huge rating increase if you did a couple of things different. First a new age group 50-60, and second come to the south and do the show from the south. I live between the coast and the mountains. Cast normal people, not face lifts fake boobs and tummy tucks, but also not fat rednecks that people just want to laugh at, we do have professionals that do not live in mobile homes and sit around drinking beer. Give us something real. I know you get these comments all the time but I know that I could be the next bachorlette that could represent not only the show, but the south with great dignity.

I have to agree with a lot of the comments, you people have better odds at meeting someone that we that are 40-60. May not be as exciting as jumping off boats but I’m sure you could come up with some wonderful events. As we get older it’s harder to meet me. I’m 51 and have 30 year olds hitting on me. I a bit overweight but working on it. Can you imagine all the people who will say ahh that was so wonderful for that couple. it’s all about how buff your bod is, be like a barbie or ken doll. I would love to have a time that I would never forget. Hope you will think about it. Let’s do REAL people

It appears that there is a lot of interest again for a the older and more diverse group that flooded the networks immediately following the original airing of the Bachelor. Obviously the original is the most popular but there is enough interest to launch a pilot with over 40 and I’m sure the drama would still occur. I believe producers feel the maturity level prevents the required ” drama” that feeds ratings. I have friends that are drama queens and kings, and divorcees, and their children, wow!!!…very colorful.. Just a thought… They are still nice to look at too…

How about an Iraqi gal, who was born in Baghdad Iraq in the 60′s and was raised in Greece…Divorced the love of her life of 20 years of marriage with 2 beautiful boys
11 and 18 and now she is ready to date and maybe marriage again.

How about a bachelorette for women! As in lesbians. I’m sorry but Tila Tequila was horrible and most of us aren’t blithering idiots taking their clothes off every 2 seconds. A respectable lesbian bachelorette would be awesome. And while I’m sure you’d get an abundance of hate mail, I bet the ratings would go up!

What will date for the san francisco casting call be? It looked like it was going to be June 18th from your website, but apparently that was just referring to denver. I really want to make sure I can make it! …but I’ll be out of the country from June 26th until July 11th…so I’m hoping it wont be during those dates!! Please let me know….I think I would be a great candidate
