Selma’s Explanation For Sean

  1. She called everyone an idiot…ouchhh…i mean way to speak ur mind but not the way to get the guy:(

  2. And just like Sean said in his blog, that’s why she went home! You gotta be able to compromise in a relationship and “no means no” isn’t always the answer!

  3. He should have dumped this self proclaimed PRINCESS much earlier. Definitely not good match for him AT ALL!

PS – Wondering how her parents feel about her overflowing boobage – thought they were all for modesty.

  4. I completely agree with Selma on this one! Why should you subject your body to such misery for the sake of a guy? I wouldn’t put on a bikini and do a Polar bear plunge in Canada for anyone!

  5. Selma?

I don’t know if you will read this..but seriously, consider restraining your boobs. You’re a pretty, attractive girl, but your sexualization of yourself has made me lose all respect for you. While men are attracted to breasts, they way you put it out there makes you look cheap and desperate. Save it for the one guy. Would you really want to be with a guy because he is fixated on your breasts rather than interested in you? How do you get a guy to notice you as a person if you’re busy flaunting your assets?

My guy is a breast man. He loves them. lol But he also speaks with derision of the gals who run around with “their tits out.” He doesn’t respect it, nor do most men. I swear during most of the show, you hid your gorgeous face with your breasts which you were constantly flashing. Enough! Did you notice the camera panning your crotch during the mountain climb? You may want to think of how you present yourself as you are inspiring people to see you as T&A as opposed to the beautiful, intelligent girl that you are.

How you dressed and conducted yourself this season, by laying yourself on top of Sean at hello, while flaunting your breasts was a lot more immodest and inappropriate than a sweet kiss on national TV.

Just my ten cents. Please clean up your act.

  6. Not sure why you are attacking her?
I am a 35 year old male from CA and don’t see anything wrong with how she presented herself. This might be a difference in where you are coming from (your background, religion, state, etc). Considering the fact that she didn’t make-out with Sean as did the other women or try to jump on his lap… Some people really like to set expectations of others or try to think of themselves as perfect. I have seen Selma attacked on several posts for being of a certain religion or background. I am from the US and come from a family similar to Sean, and I welcome other cultures and appreciate others’ ideas. I think Selma is a beautiful woman and many of you are jealous or just can’t handle a contemporary woman. Get over it.

  7. I still love her after this. At least she was being honest.
And it doesn’t mean I disagree with Sean, he is who he is – an outdoorsy man.
All of this only means they are not meant to be.

  8. I’m really confused why they did not show this conversation on the show. It would’ve given a much better indication of why Sean eliminated Selma.

  9. Okay, i see why she was sent home now. She didn’t communicate very well when she didn’t want to do it. Calling him an idiot is never a good move. BUT Sean should NOT have expected every girl to go jump in freezing water at his command! Which he totally did! She didn’t want to, she stuck her ground and I admire her for not doing whatever a guy tells her to. Sean should have been more understanding of that, and he wasn’t. Honestly I am liking him less and less. But she did do a terrible job explaining her mind.

  12. She called Sean an idiot! NOW I know why she didnt get a rose… She also is lifting herself up above everyone else..(They are all idiots but me) She seems high maintenance and self centered..good move by Sean getting rid of her.

  13. I think Sean is the meathead. I respect Selma for saying no. I hope Sean gets another broken heart so we can all hear him whine about how he was hurt.

  14. Sorry but all of the “Fear Factor” dates Sean is taking the girls on is ridiculus. Sounds like he needs to really grow up. He is a complete DORK.

  15. Compromising involes two or more people discussing a subject matter and “both” making compromises. Sean made no compromises, it was “my way or the highway”. He has led me to believe he has a controlling personality. Which he would be offended by, just as he was with Des’ brother hitting the nail on the head with his perception of what was happening. The truth was something he couldnt handle.

  16. I definitely think it was a bad call to call Sean an idiot. I don’t think it was a bad idea to not do the plunge. That could be a serious health hazard to someone with a preexisting medical condition and can induce a reflex life threatening slow heart rate, not to mention hypothermia. I wouldn’t risk hypothermia to have a relationship. That seems a little twisted. I am sure there are plenty of guys who will have a relationship with a girl who won’t jump when they say jump.

    Comment by Sara — February 21, 2013 @ 8:57 am

  17. I wouldn’t have jumped either. Just like she said, why put your life at risk? It’s just not worth it. She could have jumped and maybe still be sent home anyway.
I missed the part where she called everybody an idiot. Didn’t hear her saying it. If she did, it was rude and justifies why she didn’t get a rose.

I see somebody comment on the way she dressed and exposing her breasts. You gotta be kidding. She showed not more cleavage than all the other ladies on the show. It’s nothing wrong with flashing a little cleavage. There is a difference between indecent and sexy !
